Therapeutic massage is about respecting the human body and listening to the client about his/her pain. Important in massage therapy is having a clinic with a relaxed atmosphere. So many places that provide massage therapy do not follow this premise. Some spas can be too noisy or erratic. Chiropractic clinics can be too hospital-like or have a cold, sterile atmosphere.
